MONDRIAN CANCUN RESIDENCES DISCLAIMERS Mondrian Cancún Residences (“Project”) and the units in the Project are not owned, developed, or sold by Ennismore Holdings US Inc. (“Licensor”) or its affiliates. Operadora Hotelera G I, S.A. de C.V. (“Developer”) is independently owned and operated and is solely responsible for the ownership, development, and operation of the Project. Developer uses the Mondrian brand and certain trademarks pursuant to a limited, non-exclusive, nontransferable and non-sublicensable license from Licensor. Under certain circumstances, the license may be terminated or revoked by Licensor in which case the Project shall not have the right to use the Mondrian brand or Mondrian trademarks. For clarity, no individual residential units (“Units”) have the right to use the Mondrian brand or have any rights to use the Mondrian trademarks. Licensor does not make any representations or guarantees with respect to the Units or the Project and is not responsible for Developer’s marketing practices, advertising, and sales representations including this website and social media.

REPRESENTATIONS AND STATEMENTS No verbal statements, representations, promises, or assurances shall be construed as official representations of the Developer or as binding commitments of any kind. For accurate, final, and legally binding information, prospective purchasers or tenants must rely exclusively on the final contractual documents provided by the Developer, subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. This document is provided solely for informational purposes and does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or proposal to sell in any jurisdiction where such offer or sale would be prohibited by law or where any required registration, approval, filing, or other legal prerequisite has not been obtained or satisfied. INFORMATIONAL NATURE OF THIS DOCUMENT Any binding offer may only be made through the final offering issued by the Developer and contained in the applicable Purchase and Sale Agreement or, where applicable, the corresponding Promissory Purchase and Sale Agreement. DEVELOPMENT FEATURES AND SPECIFICATIONS The information contained in this document, including without limitation prices, floor plans, dimensions, square footage, technical specifications, design features, amenities, furnishings, finishes, equipment, and other descriptions of the Project and the Units, is preliminary in nature and may be modified, updated, revised, or replaced by the Developer at any time without prior notice. Such information shall not be construed as a warranty, representation, or contractual obligation. All renderings, illustrations, perspectives, floor plans, graphics, designs, photographs, and other visual materials contained herein are provided solely for illustrative and reference purposes and are based on preliminary development concepts. Accordingly, they do not constitute binding representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the final design, dimensions, layout, square footage, materials, equipment, furnishings, landscaping, views, finishes, or any other characteristics of the Project or the Units. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer, its affiliates, related entities, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, representatives, brokers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind, including without limitation loss of income, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of investment opportunity, or any other damages arising from or related to the use of, reliance upon, or interpretation of the information contained in this document or any purchasing decision based thereon. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.
